Numbers That Talk Back

Look, bookkeeping isn’t just about lining up decimals—it’s about translating the daily chaos of business into clean, confidence-boosting facts.

We strip out the jargon, plug the leaks, and hand you figures that actually mean something, so you can make moves instead of guesses.

Services

We keep the books for small and midsize businesses, as well as individuals or families so you can do literally anything else. You get accurate, reconciled, CPA-ready books from someone with more than thirty years in finance.

Start Here: Where Your Books Stand.

Every engagement begins with a paid, look-only review of your current books. If we decide to move forward, half of this fee is applied to your first months balance. We go through your file without changing anything, write up what we find in plain language, and give you a quote based on what your books actually need..

We talk through what you need, whether that is steady monthly help or a one-time catch-up, and we give you a quote based on the work involved.

How we Can Help

Account reconciliation: your checking, savings, and credit card accounts balanced against your statements every month.

Bill tracking: a clear picture of what is due and when. If you want help paying bills, you approve and release every payment.

Tax-time organization: your records gathered and organized so your tax preparer has what they need.

Catch-up help: months behind? I will get your accounts caught up and reconciled so you can start fresh.

Monthly or One-Time

Some people want someone keeping an eye on things every month. Others just need to get caught up once. Either works, and you can change your mind as your needs change.
